Wilson-Covington is proud to be restoring and remodeling this gorgeous 1966 Midcentury Modern home in Winston-Salem, NC. The new owners are uncovering the original Midcentury design elements that were covered or lost by later additions and remodels. When complete the home will be a fine example of the work done in Winston-Salem by prominent architects during the Midcentury periond. This particular home was designed by Ray Troxell who completed many residential and commercial projects in Winston-Salem.
Wilson-Covington completed this modern addition and deck on the rear of a historic home in Winston-Salem’s West End. The work included cable rail, ipe decking and siding, addition of a well-lit living space, and interior renovations.
Wilson-Covington installed these great Rogue Valley fir doors on a 1966 Mid-Century Modern home in Winston-Salem, NC. The hardware is from Emtek and the finish is Rubio Monocoat.
