In 2021 Vulcan Materials decided that at North Quarry, off Patterson Avenue, they needed a new garage to service big equipment, a fueling station with spill containment, a material testing lab, a locker room with showers, and a break room. Vulcan asked (4) General Contractors to give them proposals for a design/build solution. Wilson-Covington was selected to be their builder and the project was a success finishing on-time and on-budget.
