Wilson-Covington has just completed a Design/Build 48,000 SF pre-engineered metal building addition for Carolina Public Warehouse in Winston-Salem. The building has a 26-foot eave height, a standing seam roof, a 7.5” concrete floor with #6 rebar at 12” on center each way. As this business primarily receives their products by rail, the building has a cantilevered roof cover over the cast in place 300-foot-long railroad loading dock.

Construction is underway at the Wilkesboro, NC Sheetz location. We have started the sitework and grading for the retaining wall and concrete slab installation.
